If the clearance of Chace and DirCutting machine is large,-

it will rotate, or there is gap to depth.

Since the matrix TAPE itself shifts well and it comes to a center so that it may go into a center, the DieCutting spot which does not recognize DieCutting machine accuracy has very many matrices tape.
Please check by the following method.

When inaccurate, adjustment is required of the DIECUTTINGMACHINE maker

DIE is attached in CHACE and it puts into the inside of a plane.

CUTTINGPLATE is pulled out, and a broad tape is stuck on "the part where knife hits" so that "the direction of length" and a "transverse direction" of STEELRULE may be covered.

CUTTINGPLATE is put in and it is a line chair about 1 time and a press.

④

CHACE is pulled out and CHACE is put in again.
　(It is better for pulling out to pull out the whole CHACE.) It may be hard to come out of an error if it is a short drawer distance.

Again, it presses.

4-5 are repeated about 3 times.

CUTTINGPLATE is pulled out and "the marks of knife" attached to the tape is checked.

If all "marks of a knife" is located in the same position, a problem is not in accuracy.

The accuracy of DIECUTTINGMACHINE is poor if the position of a knife has shifted. Please carry out an adjustment request at the DIECUTTINGMACHINE maker.

Attention when DieRing is put in Die

Please embed DieRing correctly at Die	1.	Good
	2.	Do not put it as it is stiff.
Please do not strike DieRing with a direct	3.	should not. in the state that DieRing dashes out
hammer on Diebord.	4.	DieRing must not put it in the interior of Die.

Method of arranging DIERING

The hole arrangement of the hole of Die-ring is different in RIPITA and usual Counter-plate.

Hanging down occurs in Counter-plate of the double-faced tape and it doesn't become Cutting-plate from externals to touch and to put it on if it doesn't suppress it to 250mm or less between Die-ring holes within 125mm usually. (Though it is somewhat good. )

When the hole of 250mm in the diameter is drawn from Diering, it is comprehensible.

Basic chart

Explanation) The basis is assumed to be 2 piece transcript. If yen of 250mm can be covered, it usually takes account very much though it is OK, the hole position of Diering is centered to the last, and Counter-plate of the double-faced tape is pushed in. It pushes it in without thinking about anything for Ripita.

Dividing is easy shape to set.

The explanation) It is produced to divide into two by the front page in a big thing of AMERIKANROCK and BOTTUMROCK, and there is no uselessness and COUNTERPLATE can be produced.

It is necessary to clear the hole another one three so that there is a center part when it is usual two sided tape addition COUNTERPLATE ..hanging down turning over [duki].. though two four of the 2nd and 3 in RIPITA can be arranged.

Explanation) It bonds when it is usual two sided tape addition COUNTERPLATE and it distorts though it is arranged accurately after pushing at the position of MENPITA even if upper right and the part under the left touch in RIPITA. It wishes without fail by arranging 4 pieces.
